Ghoulish Ghosts with Barry M

Well they're more friendly type than scary type lol but I am very happy with how my ghost manicure turned out. I didn't want a black base so I scoured my stash for a different dark base and came up with Barry M Indigo, I used 2 coats of this for opaqueness and layered 1 coat of Barry M Amethyst over the top. The ghosts I used Barry M white and a medium sized dotting tool and Barry M black and a nail art brush for the spooky little faces.

I am especially fond of my middle finger and the peeking ghosts, I find them rather cute :3

I am just loving Halloween and the excuse to create these spooky manicures.

Enjoy! x

Halloween Jack O' Lanterns

I've seen lots of Halloween Jack O Lantern nails around the internet and they are so darn cute I had to do my own and this is my attempt.

I love how they turned out, my thumb is my favourite face :3

Left and right hand for a change.

The nail polish I have today is a glitter topper I was gifted in a Halloween swap, it's brilliant and perfectly halloween.
An Indie brand called Daring Digits this is called Trick or Treat, a clear base full of orange, black and gold glitter chunks. I layered it over Barry M black 2 coats and 2 coats of Trick or Treat.
Application was pretty smooth. I added the little ghost stickers on for that extra Halloween charm.

This would be my first Indie and it's a pleasant experience. There will be a few swatches coming up with my new swap polishes, it was such an amazing selection :3

Nails Inc - Little Portland Street

Last one of the Nails Inc fine sprinkles and oh boy this was is my favourite. I am glad they are easy to remove as I will wear this a lot!

Little Portland Street is a gorgeous magenta pink full of purple, gold and dark pink glitter. The purple is matte which leaves the dark pink to shimmer slightly, it's a wonderful combination.

The application is a breeze and this was opaque in one coat, I used 2 for swatch purposes as always. Like I've said removal is a lot easier than most glitter polishes.

Enjoy! x

Nails Inc - Devonshire Place

Another of the Nails Inc fine Sprinkles is Devonshire Place.

This is a lovely latte brown with fine matte black and gold glitter.

Compared to the original sprinkles the removal process is a lot easier.

As well as the original brown sprinkles this one is also a favourite, I just love the brown sprinkles.

Have you gotten the fine sprinkles?

Enjoy! x

Nails Inc Sprinkles Gradient

Well this is kind of my attempt at a gradient, I'd never done one before and thought it would be a neat idea with sprinkles.

I used both Langham Street (vanilla sprinkles) and Market Place (lilac sprinkles).

I really do love these sprinkles, they have a feel almost like sand. Grainy, they are also a lot easier to remove than the original sprinkles which is a plus.

Enjoy! x
